We are pleased to introduce a new feature to our web site which allows you to create standard minutes, notices and resolutions (all compliant with the Companies Acts 1985 and the latest stages of the Companies Act 2006).

Software exists that can achieve the same results in the marketplace, the 'downside' of all of these however is that you need to either physically install or download software onto a designated computer and require licences to install further copies.

Online Minutes remove the restrictions by allowing you to create your documents online.

Simply by selecting the document that you need to create, completing required information (names of directors, company name etc) and clicking on the 'Create' button. You are presented with the finished document that you are now able to print!

You are free to access some of the more common documents, if however you would like unlimited access to the complete range available we are currently working on a program that will allow this.

There will be no licences involved so access is freely available from all connected computers within an organisation.
