Domain names to us for FREE.
You can keep any remaining months and we'll renew it
once the current 2 year period has expired
There is a one-year
renewal fee for all gTLD domain transfers (e.g. .com
/ .net). However we will extend your domain name for
a further year beyond its current registration period
which effectively makes it a FREE
transfer
Step 1 - UK Domain Name Transfer Instructions
To transfer UK domain
names simply contact your existing domain name provider
and ask them to change the IPSTAG on your domain to
EXTEND
Step 2 - gTLD Domain Name Transfer
Instructions
Make sure that the admin
contact email address for your domain is correct and
up to date. You will need to access this email address
to transfer your domain name.
- Your domain name must have been
registered for at least 60 days
- Start your gTLD domain transfer
at least 40 days after its renewal date
- Arrange for your current provider
to UNLOCK your domain
name for transfer and also find out your domain
AUTHORISATION CODE
as you will need this later when you are asked to
approve the transfer
Step 3 -
Complete Transfer Form
Complete and submit a TRANSFER
IN FORM. You will receive an acknowledgement
form us once we have made the transfer request
Step 4 - Approve Transfer
Request
You will receive an email from Open
SRS (the international domain registrars). This will
be addressed to your admin email address and it will
ask you to approve the transfer. Simply follow the
instructions in the email to complete the transfer
process. You will need to approve the transfer within
5 days
Once the domain has been transferred to us we will
advise you by email and you will be provided with
full set-up instructions
